On the music side, Visage was part of the December 2002 'Here & Now' tour with Human League, Kim Wilde and Altered Images amongst others. A rarities CD should come out later on this year or next year and will include a number of previously unreleased Visage tracks. Steve Strange has also recorded a new track to be included on the compilation album. After Visage, he went to Ibiza in 1985 and hosted parties for people like Sylvester Stallone; all the while struggling with heroin addiction. An interesting life story, and one that is told in his autobiography, 'Blitzed' (after a famous 80s London club) which was out in early 2002.
Ure and Currie's antics are on the Ultravox page. Adamson’s solo release in 1989 - Moss Side Story - was an incredible soundtrack to a ‘imagined’ film noir. This recording led to Adamson's work on soundtracks for actual films in the early '90s, including Delusion, Gas Food Lodging, and Shuttle Cock. His most recent release was Motorlab #3 in 2001, with two 15 minute+ tracks of ambient electronica. |
