| What Are They Up To? |
A tribute CD, 'Half-Gifts', is on limited release via Dewdrops Records after 3 years work. The Cocteau Twins split up in 1997, with Elizabeth deciding to go solo and contributing vocals for artists like Massive Attack. She featured on one track, ‘Lothlorien’, on the soundtrack of the huge film ‘The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring’. Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde set up an independent label called Bella Union, with two of their bands, The Czars and Violet Indiana, releasing material and touring in late 2001 and 2002. |
