Jimmy Sommerville is continually touring Europe, mainly Germany and UK. He performed at the Gay Games opening ceremony in Sydney in November 2002, and keeps on writing and recording for a new album due for release sometime in 2004 (maybe). The album apparently has collaborations with Paul Mac, Sebastian und Marcel Krieg, and Tillmann Uhrmacher.
Jimmy has also recently parted company with Media Records to join Media's ex-Head of A&R Robin Ewald's new label Jinx Musix. |
